Any review or corrective action will be conducted strictly in compliance with applicable laws. Refunds, if considered, are not guaranteed and will only be processed where legally permissible.
4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If a donor suspects that a contribution was made without their authorization, they should immediately contact their respective bank or payment service provider. The campaign may also be notified for record-keeping and verification purposes; however, the campaign shall not be held liable for unauthorized transactions processed by third-party payment providers.
